30-Day Warranty
Most products purchased from smokedeals.com are covered under a warranty of 30 days from the time of delivery. If you experience any issues with your product while it is under warranty, please initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery for proper resolution. **Please note that the warranty does not cover e-liquids, disposable devices, accessories, coils, pods, or batteries.**
Dead on Arrival / Damaged / Product Mismatch / Missing Product
Claims for dead on arrival, damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of the delivery date. We recommend inspecting your items carefully upon delivery and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
Standard Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened items purchased from smokdeals.com for store credit, refunds, or exchanges within a 30-day period starting from the time of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds based on customer dissatisfaction with flavors or products.
Return / Refund Process
To be eligible for returns under warranty, refunds, and exchanges, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery. Please provide a clear and detailed description of the issue along with your order number. You can initiate the process by contacting us at sales@smokdeals.com or by logging into your account and selecting the “Return/Refund” option. For damaged or defective products, we may require photos or videos as proof.
Defective products must be shipped back to our facility before we issue store credit or a refund.
The 30-day warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from abuse, accidents, modifications, disassembly, or user error. Incidental and consequential damages are also not covered.
**Important Note:** Some manufacturers require the warranty card that is included in the product packaging to process warranty claims. Please do not dispose of this paperwork.
Additional Information
We do not guarantee compatibility between products. Customers are advised to conduct their own research on compatibility or contact us for assistance before placing an order. We do not accept returns based on compatibility issues, nor do we accept returns for flavors of e-liquids that are not to your liking.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer replacements; instead, defective items will result in a credit being issued to your account. Please note that shipping charges, including Adult Signature Service, are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) Smokdeals.com is not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards or canceled credit cards if the cardholder no longer possesses those cards.
